DESCRIPTION

The primary purpose of a BSC is to serve as a means to protect the laboratory worker and the surrounding environment from pathogens. All exhaust air is HEPA-filtered as it exits the biosafety cabinet, removing harmful bacteria and viruses.

FEATURES

1.Class II biological safety cabinet, airflow pattern: meets the requirements of 30% exhaust and 70% internal circulation.

2. The outer casing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic powder coating; the three sides of the operating area adopt an integrated stainless steel structure, and the internal washable parts adopt a large R-angle design for easy cleaning. A liquid collection tank is provided at the bottom for easy cleaning and to prevent cross-contamination.

3. The control system uses a high-brightness, high-resolution color LCD touch screen display, which displays real-time parameters such as intake air speed, downward air speed, sterilization, and lighting settings. Password modification program settings prevent misoperation.

4.The workspace features a negative pressure leak-proof design, with negative pressure surrounding all four sides of the working area, ensuring zero leakage and the cleanliness of the operating area.

5.The fan has a built-in voltage fluctuation compensation function and a resistance sensing compensation function, effectively extending the service life of the ultra-high-efficiency filter.

6.Uses an ultra-micro differential pressure air velocity sensor to detect air velocity in real time.

7.Temperature sensor: can detect and display temperature in real time.

8. Equipped with filter pre-failure, damage, and blockage alarm technology to promptly remind users to replace the high-efficiency filter.

9.Equipped with a height limit alarm device; when the movable glass door is lower than or exceeds the specified height limit, an audible and visual alarm will alert the user.

10. Features scheduled sterilization and sterilization timing functions, and records the cumulative operating time of the sterilization lamp and the high-efficiency filter. Provides a reminder to replace the UV lamp when its cumulative operating time exceeds 2000 hours (operating time can be set independently);

11.The front window is an integrated sliding door that can be positioned arbitrarily and can be completely closed for sterilization. The front window glass door uses safety tempered glass with a thickness of not less than 5mm.

12.The front window and sterilization lamp are interlocked: when the front window is opened, the sterilization lamp turns off, protecting the safety of the experimenter and experimental samples.
