Mechanical Tablet Set for Daily Verification of Tablet Hardness Testers

Quickly check the hardness measuring station of your Pharma Test PTB tablet hardness testers (or other vendor’s units) for correct operation at the beginning of each shift or day. Sometimes referred to as a “mechanical tablet”, our PT-MET set functions as a checking device which is used to simulate the breaking of a tablet at defined conditions.

Not replacing periodic calibration, the PT-MET set performs as a daily verification, much like a balance is checked at the start of each day and can be recorded in the instrument’s logbook. The PT-MET mechanical tablets come as a set of four or can be purchased individually. They come with a certificate of calibration, operating instructions and can be returned to us for re-calibration.

A set will come in a single case, individual units come in an individual case. Each unit is serialized. They are made in Germany.
